Internal Sales Team Leader - South East UK - Life Science - £35K (£50K OTE)

A rapidly expanding life science company that are leaders in their field are expanding their commercial team within the UK and are now keen to recruit an Internal Sales Team Leader who will be instrumental in establishing a European inside sales team function for the company.

The role will involve helping the company to establish this new resource within the business, setting KPI's and ensuring that their is clarity in the function and how the team relate to the field sales teams in the EMEA. You will be expected to lead by example and will have a region that you personally take responsability for. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a technology leader and have a genuine impact on their business in Europe.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with a track record of sales success in the life science sector.
