Technical Support Representative - Molecular Biology - Scotland - £26K (£28K OTE)

A leading life science company is expanding its technical support team and is now keen to recruit a Technical Support Representative who will work as part of a team supporting customers and field sales people in the UK.

The role will be office based predominantly, and will involve providing technical advice and support to users within the UK. You will field calls and e-mails and be expected to resolve technical queries. These will range in complexity, but you will be supported by a highly knowledgeable team to ensure you can provide solutions to end users and the sales team.

The successful candidate will have an MSc or PhD in molecular biology or biochemistry and have a good understanding of molecular research techniques. Excellent communication skills and high levels of organisation are essential, although previous technical support experience is not necessary.
