Technical Support Specialist French - Germany - Genomic Research- €35K (€40K OTE)

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking for their first step out of research into a more commercial role yet still very focused on the science.

A globally recognised leader in the genomic research arena is keen to recruit a French speaking Technical Support Representative who will be office based from their German offices. You will join a team who support customers and internal staff throughout Europe and focus on French speaking customers. You will answer queries by telephone and e-mail and ensure that technical queries no matter how demanding or unusual are handled and resolved.

Full training and support will be provided to ensure you are successful in the job. The successful candidate will be an MSc or PhD level scientist with an excellent understanding of molecular biology techniques, be fluent in French and happy to live and work in Germany.
