Instrument Sales Specialist - Genomic Research - UK - to £40K (£50K OTE)

A great opportunity has just been created within a highly recognised brand within the life science research arena. The company manufactures a novel platform used within the genomic research arena and is keen to recruit a Instrument Sales Specialist to support sales activity across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark region.

The role is seen as a senior level post in which you will develop sales and product strategy, work with key accounts and opinion leaders within the region and assist the regional sales people in closing orders. You will take a partnership approach and become involved in the technical aspects of the technology with customers. There will be up to 25% travel in Northern Europe.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with a good understanding of cell biology. Previous capital equipment sales experience is necessary along with excellent relationship building skills and a strategic mind!
