The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IVD assay and platform technologies, with technical expertise in key disciplines of IVD product development to work with cross-functional teams on technology assessment and provide decision-making inputs.

Based in the south of the UK this role is ideal for someone with experience of completing the development cycles from the concept stage through analytical and clinical validations and regulatory submissions (PMA or 510k).

Any experience with the commercialisation of FDA-regulated IVD products is highly desirable.

A market leader in ophthalmic products is looking to recruit a Distribution and Sales Manager to cover the European territory. You will need to be based in Switzerland, Germany, France or Belgium.

This is a global company which is rapidly expanding throughout Europe, this is an exciting time to join the team! You will be responsible for managing the activity of the distributors by ensuring they are fully product trained and hitting the set targets for sales growth. You will also work alongside the key opinion leaders to increase brand awareness and further develop the IOLs within the marketplace. You will be fully responsible for the product training of the distributers as well as ensuring the customer is fully trained and aware of the applications of the product.

You will need to have a good technical understanding of the field of ophthalmics. Existing commercial experience within the ophthalmic sector is desirable but this is not essential.

This company is looking for a driven, enthusiastic personality with some marketing experience in the life science industry with a relevant degree. As they are growing in Europe, fluency in German would be preferable. Some experience of editing or designing websites would also be very beneficial for this role.
