based in the North of the UK to cover Newcastle, Scotland and

its operations and recruit a UK and Scandinavia Managing Director.
The position will initially involve managing the company's key clients
within the UK and Scandanavia, and will focus on acquiring and planning
projects for molecular biology services with new and existing clients.
You will have full autonomy over contract negotiation, bid submission,
strategic planning, marketing and selling of the company's services.
Other responsibilities will include developing a commercial strategy,
completing a market analysis for the countries and in time establishing
an office in the UK and building a sales team in the UK and Scandanavia.
