Technical Support Specialist
One of the world's largest life science companies is keen to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support in the ICP, ICP-MS and GC-MS fields. The position will involve providing technical support to field engineers for non-routine field service problems, maintaining technical documentation, supoporting new product introduction and developing and delivering technical user training to internal staff in various departments. The successful candidate will be a educated to MSc/ PhD level or have compensating laboratory experience with at least three years in a support, service or analytical laboratory environment. Experience with instrumentation in the ICP-MS and GC-MS field is highly desirable, excellent communication skills are essential.
