A leading life science company, specialising in products to enhance laboratory productivity is looking for a Service Engineer to join the team. The company product portfolio consists of pipette tips to custom-engineered manufacturing systems. This particular position will serve the pharmaceutical, academic, biotechnology, chemical, research and food and beverage sectors. The specific product ranges include the water purification systems. You will provide field based support to the end users of these water purification systems. You will carry out installations and provide regular maintenance and emergency technical support. The territory covers the South East and the ideal candidate will be based near North London. You will be responsible for proposing service contracts and for the identification of new opportunities to supply customers with replacement parts or equipment. To be successful in your application, you will have an HND in a mechanical or electronics discipline. Experience within a laboratory setting is desired.
