My Client is a global leader providing a broad array of clinical diagnostics and life science research products, and has a vacancy for a Channel Partner Manager, overseeing their distribution sales team.
This position’s aim is to facilitate growth of distributor sales with utmost ethical business practices and in compliance with the company’s strict policies.
You will provide guidance to the distribution managers, to ensure that distributors perform to target and in compliance with relevant policies and legal frameworks, providing training on the latest requirements, and assisting on compliance and due diligence assignments. This will include approving, renewing, and terminating agreements with distributors where required and ensuring the smooth transition of business from one distributor to another.
You will personally manage a team of Channel sales managers, evaluating performance, and coaching for growth. You will need to be comfortable with contracts, compliance, and have experience in running distributors and enforcing good ethical policy. You would be comfortable working across multiple departments, e.g. Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing.
This is a challenging position and requires a highly focussed individual to be successful in this role.
