A globally recognised brand within the life science sector is expanding its commercial group within the UK and is keen to develop its internal sales capability. The company is now keen to recruit a dedicated Internal Sales Manager | Molecular Biology to build, develop and lead this vitally important function within the business. The role will involve taking a proactive role in managing accounts directly yourself alongside managing a team of 2 currently and expanding this group within the next 12 months to deliver sales growth and value to the business. You will report directly to the MD and be able to help shape this group and how it unctions within the UK.
We are keen to speak with experienced sales people within the genomics sector, this could be from an inside sales function already now ready to step up into management or from field sales looking for a more home based position. There would be the opportunity for flexible working dependent on experience.
