Our UK based clients, who provide essential quality control solutions to clinical diagnostic labs, are looking for support in their Northern UK territory. The company was founded in the 1990s, producing and distributing customised quality control kits and software. They worked hard to establish themselves as the market leaders serving blood sciences clinical diagnostic labs across the UK and Ireland.
Being well established within their market they are looking for an experienced sales person to manage existing accounts in Northern UK. The Territory Manager will also be expected to grow business potential within their territory by attracting new customers as well as by introducing new products to existing customers. You will need to be technical enough to not only sell the ever growing product ranges of the company but also to relay back the needs of the customers to the in-house R&D teams for customized product development.
This position would be ideal for a sales person with previous experience of the territory and the market who is looking to step into a more dynamic role. There will be opportunities to strengthen your management skills as this is quite an independent role with no micromanagement. With thorough product training and continued support, the Territory Manager can expect a good level of personal and professional progression.
