|Job Description||Key Account Manager
A leading manufacturer of molecular biology research products is expanding its commercial team in the UK due to internal promotion and is now keen to recruit a Key Account Manager to look manage their clinical diagnostics business within the UK. The role will involve managing a number of existing clinical accounts and continuing to develop relationships with other specific clinical labs within the UK, these accounts are very well looked after and have shown significant growth over the past 3 years. As mentioned the current Key Account Manager has been promoted to a leadership position and you will have a thorough and detailed handover to ensure your success.
We are keen to speak with PhD level molecular biologists who have previous experience of managing key accounts in the UK, whilst clinical diagnostic experience would be useful it is not essential as the customers are mapped out, experience of long term relationship development is essential however as sales cycles can be long!
