Who are we looking for?

Attitude is paramount. You’ll need to give heart and soul to the job, because your candidates and clients have entrusted you with one of the most important decisions in their lives and you owe it to them to give them your best.  And the byproduct of this is that you will have great job satisfaction and earn a very good income.

We are entirely happy to train people up from scratch.  In this case, you’ll need a reasonable qualification – probably an HNC or equivalent, or higher – in a scientific (preferably a life-science) discipline.  If you’ve done any form of commercial/people-facing work such as sales or customer service – even if it was vacation work, this would stand you in good stead.  For our clinical research division, some background experience in this field would be extremely useful.

Or you could be an experienced recruiter, in which case we would be interested to talk to you whatever your background.  Again, the closer you’ve worked to our own fields of interest – science, sales, clinical research – the more interested we will be.

And you’ll need to live within reach of either our Scientific Sales office in Bishop’s Stortford, Herts. Or our Clinical Research office in Egham, Surrey.  If you’re an experienced recruiter, but you live in another area, we will be happy to pay your relocation costs, as long as you’re prepared to move!
