Programme Fee
The programme fee is £1,150.00 (ex VAT) per participant for the three-day programme.
The fee includes:
- All course notes and materials
- Telephone support for all participants for up to two months after completion of the programme i.e. if any participant wishes to expand on any points or discuss further how they can be applied or discuss the tactics of a particular situation then they can call george james ltd. for assistance
- Certificate of attendance
- Morning coffee, afternoon tea and buffet lunch

Terms
The programme fee is payable in full prior to the first day of the programme.
Fee Validity: 90 days from issue date
Prices: Pounds Sterling excluding VAT
Cancellations
We cannot accept cancellations within 28 days of a programme although we are able to accept substitute delegates. Cancellations received more than 28 days in advance of the course are accepted without any cancellation charge or other penalty. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by letter, fax or email and are effective once received by george james ltd. Cancellation of the course for reasons beyond the control of george james ltd will result in the client being offered the alternative of a place on a subsequent programme or a refund of the programme fee in full. george james ltd will not be liable for any loss or expense of the client arising out of such cancellation.
