When you send your CV to Seltek we will check our database (Adapt) to see if we already have your details and update them as required. Alternatively, if this is the first time you have contacted us, we’ll create a new record for you.
You will then receive an email confirming that your CV has been registered. Everybody should receive this email, so if for any reason you haven’t received a response within 2 working days, please contact Scott Peacock at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone – 01279 657716.
Your CV (and the many CVs we receive on a daily basis) are the “life-blood” that keeps Seltek in business. This is why they are handled personally and not by an automated data entry system.
Rest assured, we will never send your CV to any company without discussing it with you first. There are so many reasons why this would be bad practice – so we just don’t do it!
Due to the number of candidates who send us their CV, it is impossible for our consultants to interview everybody. However, if your background is suitable for one of our current vacancies, a consultant will contact you to discuss this and your background in more detail. Indeed, if you have a background in sales in the life science/biotech industry, it is very likely that one of our consultants will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail. If this does not happen immediately, do not despair, you will be contacted as soon as a suitable position becomes available.
Meanwhile, you should keep an eye on our current vacancies (we can send you jobs by email if you prefer). If you see a vacancy that matches your experience we encourage you to contact the consultant responsible for the position directly. Their email address will be in the advert.
If you would like any more information before sending your CV, please contact Scott Peacock – email@example.com. Otherwise, we look forward to receiving your details and helping you with your next career move.
