Our client is a market leader in providing sample and assay technologies for Molecular Diagnostic testing, in academic and pharmaceutical research facilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for your first role out of a laboratory environment or you have experience working in scientific sales but are craving something more technical.
Open due to an internal promotion, our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic candidate to sell their portfolio of diagnostic testing kits. This includes providing technical support, giving equipment demonstrations, supporting customers throughout the sales process and being responsible for product training and troubleshooting.
You will be responsible be for increasing sales by actively selling to existing end users and working with the inside sales team to generate new leads. You will be set reasonable and achievable targets to meet, so good planning and drive are essential for this role.
There is up to 70% travel with this position. This is great if you’re looking for some more variety and enjoy being on the road. Good training will be provided from a strong, dedicated team to ensure your chances of success.
