This company does not focus on KPIs, instead they believe in empowering their employees. Their sales team are treated as a business managers for their territories. They are currently looking for a Sales representative for Denmark. In this role, you will be creating your own business plan in conjunction with your sales manager. The majority of the business is in Copenhagen, with travel to customers across the country.
This is a very consultative type of sales role with long term customers with an equal split across both academia and industry. You will be selling mainly proteins, antibodies and kits to both academia and industry in the cell, molecular and immunology market.
The role will include maintaining the existing business with the expectation of new business development.
The team is very family friendly, with territories arranged to be small enough for everyone to get home almost every night. This territory will require just a handful of nights away each month.
Progression is also something they strive to encourage, with members of the sales team currently training for opportunities which will likely come up with the current company growth.
