You'll promote a range of laboratory instrumentation and consumables in the South West and South Wales region. The job will involve managing existing accounts and developing business from new. You will spend four days per week visiting customers in the territory and one day organising the next week. This is an excellent opportunity with a globally recognised company.

The successful candidate will be a life science graduate with 12 months sales experience in the life science field. SALES MANAGER- NORTHERN TERRITORY
Job Details
The UK market leader in manual liquid handling. Few other companies can claim the level of product placement and customer loyalty enjoyed by our client. You will develop the manual liquid handling business by effectively managing a highly qualified sales team. You will develop strategies to enhance existing supplier contracts for core products in key accounts. You'll also secure new customer contracts from target competitors. Current t/o is £3Million pa, managed through three direct field sales representatives and a distributor in Ireland. You will recruit an additional representative for the north of England. Customers include major pharma accounts, private companies and government funded organisations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Several years' sales experience in the life science market . Experience in premium priced consumables. Sales experience in Cambridge is a strong preference. Experience of launching and monitoring results of sales programmes for new products. Sales force recruitment, training and development. Experience of managing a distributor or re-sellers is a bonus.
