You will be making initial contact with many of these companies yourself, learning how to find your own business, win it and provide a high quality of service. Our quality of service is of primary importance to us and as a result we have a fantastic regular client base but also a great network in terms of candidates. We love helping both clients and candidates by finding the right match for them. It is EXTREMELY rewarding !
You will have full training to help you to get started during your first two weeks . Then you will be supported by your team manager and colleagues in our open plan office. You will have a mentor to give you friendly advice so you can settle in quickly plus regular weekly update meetings with your line manager. The team also takes turns at running our weekly training sessions to share our skills and enable continued progression.
