This expanding, customer focusing, family owed business is looking for a Service Manager | Diagnostic Equipment to look after their small team of engineers and provide service/technical support to customers and personnel, ensuring that all administrative activity is recorded.
In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of this companies instruments used for screening cancer assays. You will be handling pre-sales quality and demo checks as well as managing and establishing the service department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience in service engineering in the medical labs and/or diagnostic market. You should have been involved in management either now or in the past. This could range from a supervisory or mentorship role. Good admin and IT skills are essential as although this primarily a field based role, you will be expected to attend the office at least twice a week to update records and complete any necessary documents.
