A highly innovative biotechnology company that has a range of products and services to accelerate biopharma research is expanding its commercial team in Oxford. They are keen to recruit a Customer & Technical Services Specialist to join their team, the role will involve handling incoming queries from customers. These could vary from technical queries about the products and services to logistic and order queries. You will need to be organised and engage with others within the company to ensure customer queries are supported by the appropriate groups if you are unable to answer the specific query. You will support the commercial team in Europe with product information, pricing and availability. As the first point of contact for the company you will need excellent communication skills and be able to provide a high level of customer care.
We are keen to speak with BSc, MSc or PhD level scientists who have a good understanding of genomic research and have ideally been in a customer support function previously, if you have excellent communication skills and want to move into a technical support function you should still contact us.
