Join this established business and work as part of their European technical support team of four. This company specialises in kits and reagents for cell and molecular biology. They have gone through extensive expansion in recent times, having acquired several exciting companies.
In this office based team you will be supporting the French speaking customers and customers elsewhere in Europe with technical queries. Questions will come in to you by phone, email and also online live chat via the company website. You will have training for how to carry out your role and handle enquiries, with access to all the information you will need to support customers in a timely manner. You will have some opportunities to travel to conferences in Europe and to visit the headquarters in the US. As this is a global company you with be communicating and collaborating with colleagues based globally. There is a great atmosphere in the office, it is the perfect place for someone early in their career to join the team, receive excellent training, with lots of opportunities available to develop.
