We are excited to be working exclusively with a high profile life science company that have a range of molecular biology IVD research tools in the market. This is a senior level appointment for the company as yo will be solely responsible for managing existing B to B relationships alongside developing new strategic partnerships on a global basis. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for identifying and researching new product development targets to fulfil the product development pipeline goals. You will report to the Sales Director who held this position before being promoted and who has developed a significant sales pipeline and new ongoing business that will be handed over to you. The company are enjoying a tremendous period of growth and are looking to strengthen their commercial leadership group in this appointment.
We are keen to speak with graduates who have a good understanding of molecular biology research techniques, subsequent sales, business development or product management within ideally the IVD arena or life science research arena is essential. You should have experience of complex, long, project led sales cycles previously. This is a great opportunity for a person in a senior sales or product management position to step up as you will have a brilliant mentor who understands the business extremely well and is happy to support your development within the role.
