A global market leader in pharmaceuticals, life science and healthcare products and services is currently recruiting for a coordinator to work within their UK & Ireland medical team.
This role will engage with stakeholders both in and outside of the company and across all the franchises. You will support the medical team (head office medical and field based medical) with general administration as well as co-ordination and management of processes and logistics for medical projects while ensuring all company SOPs and UK regulatory guidelines are followed. There is also a wide array of administrative and project support tasks.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, able to manage many projects, knows when to seek support, is a quick learner, and is also able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will already have experience of working as a coordinator or projector manager within the Pharmaceutical industry. This role requires the candidate to learn several different systems which are used to support functioning across the department. Experience in the following management systems will be highly advantageous: ZINC, Quantum Connect, Ariba, SAP, concur, AdobeSign etc.
