A rapidly expanding biotechnology company in Cambridge is keen to recruit a Customer Services specialist through company expansion to be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. The company have designed, manufactured and very recently launched to the world a unique analytical instrument for use in research laboratories. They are building a global sales team and are expanding their support functions to ensure their customers receive the best customer experience. The role will be varied and involve all elements of customer order management, export, preparation of tenders and quotes. You will be a key point of contact for the sales team and customers and act as the “go to” person for all issues! You will act as the customer champion and work with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and any issues are resolved quickly.
We are keen to speak with those that have worked within a customer services department before, any exposure to the scientific sector would be beneficial as would any additional language skills. Previous CRM use is essential and a highly customer-focused approach is essential.
