An innovative company that manufactures a range of research instruments, consumables and software sold globally is keen to expand its customer services team based in Oxford. We are keen to help them hire a Customer Service and Credit Controller who has native French language skills. The role will be varied and involve working closely with the French customers to ensure invoices are managed appropriately and that orders are processed quickly and efficiently. Often this will require some direct customer contact to clarify the needs and ensure orders are correctly placed and handled.
