We are working with a highly recognised manufacturer of genomic research products in Europe who have a large field based team of sales specialists across Europe and are now keen to recruit a dedicated sales trainer to support the development of their sales group in Europe. The role will involve implementing sales training and assist with on-going evaluations of sales process, sales tools, and customer relationship development. This person will work with the global Sales Development group to evolve strategies and improve systems that will result in enhanced customer support and strong relationships throughout the global organization. You will train customer facing staff via in person, remote and asynchronous methods to drive improvement across Europe.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous life science sales or sales leadership experience passionate about sales process and development to take on a dedicated sales training role within a leading genomics company renowned for their leading research products.
