You will be responsible for supporting customers in Central and Southern Germany along with Switzerland, you will install the automated systems, complete preventative maintenance visits, and emergency call-outs. There may be times that you will become involved in training users too, this company are very proud of their first fix rate and given extensive training are keen to hire the most talented life science engineers. I have supported this company for over 10 years building their service group in Europe and can say they are the most supportive and team focused group of people I have come across, a testament to this is the fact that in over a decade they have only ever lost one team member, they left the industry!
