We are excited to be working with a highly innovative company that have developed an entirely new and unique instrument using microfluidics and optical measurement techniques which is generating huge interest in research labs across Europe and the US. The company have developed their commercial team and have instruments at customer sites in Europe, they are now keen to recruit their first field service engineer. This is a critical appointment within the business and this person will be key to developing the structure of the field service group in Europe. You will be responsible for instillation, routine and emergency maintenance of the systems and overall engineering support to customers across Europe. As the first service engineer you will also develop and establish processes and protocols to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved. It is anticipated that this role will develop into a leadership position quickly as the install base grows and additional service engineers are required.
