A global life science company renowned for their gold standard research products and instruments is expanding its UK based field service team and is keen to recruit a Field Service Engineer to support their users in the UK and occasionally Europe. The role will involve instillation, routine maintenance and emergency repair visits to customer research labs in the UK. Occasionally you will visit the companies head office to support any servicing needs there but predominately this is a field based position. You will support the customer fully and liaise with other departments to ensure any additional support is provided by the company to drive industry leading support standards. The company pride themselves on having the highest quality instruments and always aim to go above and beyond in their support of their customers.
