£45K to £60K basic (£72K OTE)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading diagnostic company and head up their sales and marketing team in the UK and internationally.
Based out of their office in the West Midlands you will be responsible for managing the communication between internal and external stakeholders. Setting and implementing strategies, tactics and activities in order to support the sales to achieve the company budget.
This role will involve you establishing strong cooperation and alignment with Territory Managers, Distributors and Customers on one side and with UK departments on other – Marketing, QA&RA, Technical Services – and manage the flow of communication between these.
You must be familiar with International Sales business concepts and models and identify and communicate the country/region’s market dynamics. We’re looking to speak with enthusiastic, confident candidates who have strong commercial experience within the diagnostics market.
You must be a flexible and adaptable individual who is happy with an international role that includes around 25% travel to the Nordics, DACH and PACH regions.
A life science degree would be highly desirable, and experience in business development, sales or marketing within the diagnostic arena is essential.
