We are working with a highly innovative manufacturer of analytical chemistry analysers based around spectroscopy who are expanding their engineering team in the UK. The role will be the link between the design team who are engineering and building new instruments and the contract manufacturing partners. In this role you will take the new instrument designs to the contract manufacturing partners to ensure they have all of the design material and knowledge to manufacture new instrument designs efficiently and reliably. You may support them in training and design of QC/test rigs, you will produce work instructions and product development fixes as necessary. You will also work closely with the design engineers to ensure that new designs are fit for manufacturing scale processes and advise of updates and fixes where required to support the manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of research instruments used around the world.
We are keen to speak with experienced manufacturing engineers who understand the challenges of taking new instruments from the design phase into manufacturing. It is likely you have a BEng in Electro mechanical engineering and have been exposed to instrumentation used within research laboratories. When permitted there may be travel in Europe and the USA when required. To discuss this opportunity further contact Scott on 01279 657716 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
