My client is a leading manufacturer in the bioprocess and bioseparation industry, and has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Manager | Bioseparations to join their Sales & Marketing team. The role can be based in the UK or central Europe.
The company, with over 25 years’ experience and success in the development of affinity products and design of new custom adsorbents, is a world leader in its field, and are experts in adsorbent development & downstream process optimisation.
As Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of the EMEA territory, through direct sales/after-sales support of purification products and services to the biopharmaceutical sector, working with key accounts to meet or exceed the budget for the year. Using your skills, you would develop a customer intimate model with key decision makers in key accounts, developing and growing business with new customer/ accounts through proactive sales activities, working with management to develop your own plan to reach your goal.
Ideally, you will have 2 years’ experience in a commercial role, preferably within the bioprocess segment, a good knowledge of bioprocess techniques and processes, including regulatory requirements, strong negotiation skills, with excellent presentation and communication skills. You must have a science degree, preferably in chemistry or biosciences. In return for the above, the company offers a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
