Job world renowned biotechnology company in the molecular biology research field is keen to recruit a Product Specialist to develop a business plan and implement it within the field of molecular diagnostics. The position will involve a mix of identifying the prospective customer base, analysing the customers needs, pricing, competitor analysis, training the sales force on the product range, all marketing of the product range and on going product launches.
Experience This is an ideal rôle for someone with two years commercial experience and a PhD or compensating research experience in molecular diagnostics to move into a marketing orientated position within a world leading company. No previous marketing experience although a good basic understanding of the relationship between sales and marketing is desirable.

Job Our client is devoted to the development and marketing of consumables and accessories for chromatography. They aim to supply innovative, high quality, value-for-money products that benefit the scientific community. An astonishing opportunity has come up for an experienced Sales Person to manage the Midlands territory. Your main duty will be selling these consumables to your existing accounts and bringing in new business from the pharmaceutical, universities, hospitals and research institutions.
