This reputable life science company is looking for a determined, self-motivated Technical Support Representative. Our client is a market leader in life science products and is keen to offer this unique career opportunity to join their friendly and outgoing team. You will be given all the necessary support and training by a dedicated Manager, with years of valuable experience. You will be representing a trusted brand that is constantly growing and welcoming innovation. 
You will be responsible for supporting customers, both internal and external, with technical enquiries, application queries and advice. The role involves providing technical support primarily via phone or email and requires a candidate with excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. You will be working with a friendly, supportive team who will provide you with ongoing training to set you up with a great future! There will also be the opportunity to manage and grow some existing customer accounts in the UK, along with building relationships with decision makers, understanding their needs, and identifying new business potential within the market. There is a wide range of research products that will be handled. You will have the opportunity to occasionally go out and meet your clients; most contact will be on the phone. 

We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are keen to move into the commercial world while still using their technical skills! If you are a science graduate in a Biology based subject, have knowledge of PCR, qPCR, CRISPR RNA and DNA Molecules and have had some previous customer facing experience, whether that be in retail or hospitality then we’d love to hear from you! Fluency in English is essential and a 2nd European language would be desirable but in no way essential. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a very well respected brand within the research sector.
