An exciting opportunity to join a leading Life Science company as part of the Technical Services team has opened up and they are now keen to recruit a Technical Support Representative to work within the team at their offices in a beautiful location in the South West region of the UK.
You will be responsible for supporting customers, both internal and external, with technical enquiries, application queries and advice. The role involves providing technical support primarily via phone or email and requires a candidate with excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. You will be working with a friendly, supportive team who will provide you with ongoing training to set you up with a great future!
We’re looking for driven, enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are keen to move into the commercial world while still using their technical skills! If you are a science graduate qualified to BSc level and have had some previous customer-facing experience, whether that be in retail or hospitality then we’d love to hear from you! Fluency in English is essential and a 2nd European language would be desirable but in no way essential. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a very well respected brand within the research sector. Our client often promotes internally so there is also potential for other opportunities within the team.
